I'm losing the front on corner entry

“ Losing the front ” on entry can come from several things. Don't change everything at once : you need to connect the grip loss to what you feel just before.

Front tire not warm enough

If it mostly happens early in the run, with a numb, sliding front, the tire is probably short on temperature.

Lower your hot front pressure target, measuring right after the session.

Front rebound too slow

If the front loses grip over repeated bumps or through linked corners, the fork may be staying too low and not returning fast enough.

Open the front rebound, counter-clockwise, by a measured number of clicks.

Only try one change at a time.

Not enough trail

If the front feels nervous, vague and needs frequent corrections, trail may be too low. In the pits, one of these directions only :

lower the rear ride height ;

raise the front ride height ;

reduce fork offset.

Tell me whether it lets go on the first laps, over bumps, or as you release the brake : that will separate tire, fork and geometry.

How it works

  1. 1

    Describe your problem

    In plain words, like in the pits. “The bike feels too heavy through chicanes” is enough.

  2. 2

    Analyze the answer

    Capeltio suggests setup directions tailored to what you're feeling.

  3. 3

    Test it

    Out on track, then rate the result. Helpful, not helpful, no change: the agent refines with you.

FAQ

What problems can Capeltio help me with?

Front-end grip loss, running wide, lack of grip, instability under braking, difficulty changing direction… Simply describe what you’re feeling. Capeltio helps you understand what may be causing the behavior and which setup areas to explore to improve it.

Which motorcycles and disciplines does it work with?

Capeltio is designed for track motorcycles: track days, amateur racing, and semi-professional competition. Its analysis is based on the motorcycle’s behavior and your feedback rather than a model-specific setup sheet.

How does Capeltio choose which setup changes to suggest?

Capeltio starts from what you’re feeling, when the issue appears, and how the motorcycle behaves. It identifies the parameters most likely to influence the problem, suggests a setup direction, and explains why. No generic setup: every diagnosis starts from your situation.

How does monthly usage work?

Each subscription includes a monthly usage allowance that resets every month. A usage bar in your account lets you track your consumption and warns you when you’re approaching your plan’s limit.

Are my conversations private?

Yes. Your conversations are not public and are never accessible to other users. Access is strictly limited to Capeltio administration and service operation, and only when necessary. Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, and you can delete your account at any time.

How does my subscription work?

You can manage your subscription directly from your secure billing area: change plans, switch between monthly and annual billing, update your payment method, access invoices, and cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe, and Capeltio does not store your banking information.
